Hunter Homes Ltd. is a small business in Virgin Gorda with two vacation rental homes located on a spacious 3-acre hilltop overlooking the southern “Valley” end of the island.    Our two-bedroom Boulder House and nearby 3-bedroom Cedar House provide a haven for you to enjoy panoramic views in all directions. We are unique in providing free use of a vehicle with either house rental, so all of Virgin Gorda’s 10 best beaches are all within 10 minutes of our door. No being limited to just one beach!

Our homes both rent for the same, reasonable cost.  We do not advertise our homes as being fancy villas, but rather, comfortable, clean and friendly accommodations. We believe most folks want value over pampered luxury.  We believe you go to the Caribbean for a vacation and  for the sun and sea.  If you can get them, and a well equipped rental home for a modest price…so much the better.  We don’t provide a tennis court, a swimming pool or air-conditioning.  But our hilltop does provide constant tropical breezes. Our vehicle gets you to the beach of your choice, or the mountain trails, or the Copper Mine Ruins, or whatever.  And a tennis court?  Are you really going to lug a racquet to the Caribbean?  Our guests are loyal to us.  Nearly 80% of our rentals are to returning guests who think of us as their second home.
